Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. Is a collection of professionals dedicated to building the finest, best-designed homes in the area. Two factors caused the structure of Keith's original firm to change. First, Keith became more interested in residential design as a specialty. Secondly, he found that his designs were followed more closely if he acted as the general contractor. The result was the creation of a new company called Waters & Bonner, Inc., which was renamed Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. in 1992. The new firm specializes almost exclusively in high-quality residential design and construction.
